While posted as General Manager of AIG Bulgaria where she oversaw 500 of the insurance giant’s employees, Ms. Lucas was invited to speak at the Annual Outsourcing Conference and Awards in Golden Sands in June of 2018. The event, organized by the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association, chose Lucas for her authority on subjects ranging from the impact of digitalization on the outsourcing industry, to connecting the public and private sectors in developing economic growth. As someone continually making moves in a career flush with staying ahead of global trends, Lucas was an obvious choice to guide Bulgaria toward an international leadership role in the further digitalization of business operations.
